Yeni Kend 107 km canal.

Late Saturday night we agreed with some acquaintances to go to the 107 canal. Honestly I didn't want to and only agreed on the condition it'd be for half a day, but the decisive role was played by a request from my good friend and senior like-minded fisherman, he really wanted to go there, so I agreed. We left at half past five in the morning, the road in the morning is fine, the city is almost empty, you drive calmly, anyway we got to Yeni Kend without any adventures. First we turned right and found good fishing spots that our acquaintance had used pretty well before. Then we drove to the pumping station, and what a disappointment it was when I saw that the water had risen, plus traces of recent rain, basically total murk. Well, I decided never mind, I'll fish with a rod, but nothing was biting on the rod either. A bit further from us I noticed a female figure fishing, and the logical chain I immediately built put miki on the screen, who else, and so it turned out. Miki turned out to be an acquaintance of my friend, so they got talking, they had just pulled out a small pike, and then joy came - there it is, visibility )) I quickly changed, got in with the pneumatic speargun and the trident. Swam two meters, noticed a pike in the grass, a small one, but decided to shoot to test the speargun, super, first catch is mine. After that it was all empty, in the grass I noticed a fish, turned out to be a small carp. A shot and it's on the trident. Then emptiness, even the grass is dead, nothing, however much I swam I only once saw a carp all jacked up that shot off like a torpedo. On the way back I noticed some roundness, turned out to be a carp, while I was rubbing my eyes the carp shot into the grass and that was it, the carp was big, very big. So I'm sitting there looking into the grass in case it comes out, but instead a small carp of about half a kilo came out, also shot into the grass, and my trident after it, the carp is mine. Anyway, this is my first successful hunt in the collectors, though not much, but I'm not doing it commercially ) As it later turned out, they'd been fishing there with electricity, so even the reeds there were dead.
