How to catch gobies

Hello! I'm writing this article for those who don't know yet how to catch gobies.

They're very easy to catch. I usually catch them with a spinning rod. Basically the goby is a fish that swims along the bottom. So you need to drop the sinker right down to the bottom. Gobies bite on live baits. Most of all they love worms. If you can't dig up worms and the shop that sells them is very far away, you can use these baits: mole cricket, a piece of sprat, a piece of goby and so on. If it's the height of the fishing season (in Azerbaijan: March, April, May), it might even bite on a bare hook.
One of the members of this family is the goby-rotan. It bites best on worm and sprat. I haven't caught it myself, but I've seen it caught. My friend caught it. It was the end of May. It was a hot day. We decided to go fishing. In the village of Sahil (near the Garadagh district) there's a dam. That's where we caught it. We caught it on sprat. We got some fairly big ones. Too bad someone has bought that dam now and fishermen aren't allowed in there anymore. The goby is a fish from the perch-like order. That's why it's also called the "Little predator". I don't get it: why call it that if it doesn't even have teeth!?
Gobies have a lot of phosphorus in them. A friend of ours once told us that one time they left some fish on the table and went to bed. During the night one of them woke up and saw the fish glowing. By the way, the goby is a very healthy and very tasty fish!
