Today I scouted the Northern territories ... you can't get past the GRES where the warm water outlet used to be ! they've fenced everything off for Azerenerji ! but from the side of "Mayak" beach where on the right side of the rocks there were spinning and bottom-rod anglers. Nobody was pulling anything out... the spot is quite unusual too..but there are kilometers of nets there!!!
