Gilazi
Good day/evening, friends! Since there are no new reports, I decided to write about today's trip to the generals' lakes in Gilazi. While it's fresh and I still remember everything) In the morning I called AK-74 (Ahmed) and we decided to take off somewhere. We met up, called to order shrimp (by the way, a jar of shrimp costs 10 manat now) and on the way we thought over where to fish. But it still wasn't clear where we were going. We got to Bayil, picked up the shrimp, and decided we'd head somewhere north after all. On the way out of Bayil we suddenly realized we were hungry, since it was lunchtime. So we got the idea to stop by the themed restaurant Dakhma on the way) Vugar, I'll say it again, Allah kheyir versin, the place is great and the food is excellent) After filling our stomachs with food, 100 grams and a glass of beer, I called my brother and we went to pick him up. Now there were three of us: me, my brother and Ahmed. After a short discussion we decided to go to Gilazi. On the way we stocked up on meat, vodka and all the essentials of fishing happiness. We got to the lake around three in the afternoon. By the way, they now charge 3 manat per person for entry. Some kid was there instead of Garik. Garik has moved to the very lowest cabin and looks after the very last lake, the one closest to the sea. Apparently there are fish there, and Garik said the owner of that lake won't let anyone in for any money. Even Ahmed's diplomatic approach in the form of a 5-manat "sweetener" didn't help us) Garik brushed us off with one silver carp supposedly caught there. Anyway, they recommended the biggest lake to us. We cast out. And the turtles started biting. I've never caught so many turtles in my life. And fry too. Little carp the size of a finger somehow managed to get on our hooks. Admittedly, the bottom rig Ahmed cast out did ring its bell, but the fish didn't get hooked (that happens too. Result: a pile of turtles, fry, tasty shashlik with vodka, and tons of good vibes. That's what matters most, I think) good luck
P.S. By the way, does anyone know what that red thing in the photo is?
