Hydrometeorology Department warns residents of possible flooding on Nakhchivan rivers

From 24-30 September, unstable weather will be observed across the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic. The Hydrometeorology Department of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Nakhchivan AR has warned residents of possible flooding on a number of mountain rivers due to a sharp deterioration in weather conditions. The department's statement notes that over the coming week unstable weather is expected across the NAR, with intermittent rain, heavy showers in the evening and at night, and rising water levels in the rivers.
