Half a million manats to be allocated for the greening of Ganja in 2008

This year the city plans to lay out lawns with a total area of more than four hectares. Lawn seeds that keep their properties for 5-6 years were brought in from Holland.

A certain type of plant was brought to the city from Hajikend.

Cypresses are planned to be planted around the trees on Ganja's central streets. In addition, an extra 2000 cypresses, pines and plane trees will be planted in the city's Heydar Aliyev Park.
