Torrential rains have caused a number of problems in the Şamaxı district of Azerbaijan.
It is noted that employees of the Ministry of Emergency Situations are pumping water out of house basements with special pumps. Several cars are reported to have ended up underwater. The situation on the roads of Şamaxı remains difficult.
