A new bridge will be built over the Samur River on the Azerbaijan-Russia border

Members of the working group on the delimitation and demarcation of the Azerbaijan-Russia state border inspected the Samur bridge.
Taking part in the inspection of the bridge were Azerbaijan's Deputy Foreign Minister and co-chair of the working group on the delimitation and demarcation of the Azerbaijan-Russia border Khalaf Khalafov, deputy chairman of Azeryolservis OJSC Vagif Hajiyev, head of the Executive Authority of Qusar District Shair Alkhasov, as well as the Russian members of the Working Group.

As the Executive Authority of Qusar District told APA, a preliminary agreement was reached on building a new bridge over the Samur River in January-February 2009 with the participation of both countries.
