ZGO area

HI TO ALL FISHERMEN.on the evening of the 28th I checked the weather rambler says the wind will be 3 m/s.mail says 7.who to believe I don't know.packed all my gear in a bag on the 29th at 12 noon threw the bag in my car and drove off .the drive was long it was rush hour after all.without traffic it's 40 minutes taking it easy.at 2
o'clock I got in the water a small wave but by my guess 4 m/s .dropped the attractor at a dep
th of about 2 meters.of course no fish showed up I hung around a bit and swam off into the open spaces of the underwater
world.the water had dropped a bit by 20 cm for sure.swimming along the right shore nobody total silence and then two trophy fish of a kilo come up to me and say which one of us you gonna skewer first I thought and thought and skewered the fatter one the first trophy fish 17 minutes in was already on my stringer .took it at a depth of 1 meter on the drop-off.the local guys rode up on bikes. came from baku to ask me how it's going I tell them come back in 3 hours then I'll tell you how things
stand.I swim on into the distance of the whole world.schools of small mullet started coming.lots of fish the caspian is still rich in fish in mullet.no big ones in sight no trophy fish.but mullet
up to 500 grams you can't count them.swam around 1 hour 2 mullet on the stringer didn't want to go back without fish plus my neighbor ordered fish for frying and I started shooting mullet up to 500 grams embarrassing ......... rarely here
and there I came across fish up to 1.5 kilos but the fatter the smarter.I shot but alas all of them as they were getting away .underwater visibility
ranging from 1m to 5 meters in the reeds it's so murky
you can't see the tip of the speargun the waves are pounding the reeds. I'm swimming a trophy fish over a kilo shoots out at me I shoot the shaft goes right through its back torn wound and I see its
eyes get big and it turns around away from me and takes off I shout to it
wait let me reload the gun and it tells me no time I need to be hospitalized urgently I shift into 4th gear and go after it and it shifts into 5th. basically
my trophy fish not my trophy fish.I swim around I saw big schools of
30 fish but tiiiny.if you compare that fishing trip with this one there were no big ones at all just here and there. there were some funny
moments 2 trophy fish half a meter away and I missed spent too long choosing the fatter one and ended up with nothing.swam the shore swam out to deeper water same
specimens as everywhere else.3 hours of underwater pleasure went by I did get a second trophy fish after all .I swim back to the car I have to head home but swimming is tough 500 meters the stringer is dragging.not the strength I used to have how many km I swam in total I can't even count.I swim up to the shore to the car to get the attractor and I think I'd be happy if there was a trophy fish there
believe it or not it's there or rather circling around the attractor I creep up on it slooowly slooowly.I shoot got it .my yesterday's
result 15 mullet 3 trophy fish 12 at 500 grams

. in 3 hours of hunting.I was pleased.well and you
probably who read my reports my articles .get
pleasure not from reports but from spearfishing .I've swum everywhere but the ZGO area appealed to me more there are reeds and shallows and depth and an underwater ridge
and you can find a spot to hide from the waves.but there's fish everywhere .to all fishermen good fishing whatever you're fishing for and especially to poachers don't forget to pull out your nets the nets with rotten fish are just lying there underwater abandoned. besides mullet no other fish
was found by me. INSTERBURGER.
