ZGO

HI SPEARFISHERS.was at zgo last week at the proven spots zero fish like they died out in some places .today decided to go to a different place but also zgo.dove in the result didn't make me happy a week's break for a spearfisher is like a fish out of water.here and there small schools of mullet slipped by schools of young kutum the size of your palm swam past.swam about 500 meters and realized there's no fish here going to another zgo spot.got in and drove. thought if there's none there either then where is it what's the problem with no fish in these spots.got to the other zgo spot.some people i couldn't figure out were crawling around in the water catching something got closer they're pulling nets along the shore. looked and thought zero here too.looked to the right nets
being set too. got in the water myself and then i see the water's clear
and fish swirling around decent mullets up to a kilo first shot at this spot and it's already mine.swam further fish like in an aquarium i lie in wait bam bam got one in about an hour took 8 mullets not bad ones but lots of small stuff too around 200 grams.and then an unexpected situation happened missed and hit a rock the harpoon broke first time that's happened to me but you can't foresee everything tried shooting with two prongs
but the result was nothing the shaft flies left then right
then up then down.couldn't hit from a meter no balance in the shaft.didn't want to torture myself and swam out.but got a good kick out of it.saw a pipefish for the first time in my life cool little fish.saw a small crab warming itself on a rock.saw small herring schools
swimming by but there's nothing to eat on them skinny as a bicycle.so that's how my 2-hour fishing trip went overall.good luck to everyone in the blue waters.
